Terms of Service

By accessing or using the RehabNow platform at rehabnow.pk (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including patients, their family members acting on their behalf, and any other persons accessing the Platform.

RehabNow reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via WhatsApp or email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

RehabNow is a healthcare marketplace platform. We connect patients and their families with independent, licensed healthcare professionals for home visits across Pakistan.

Our services include:

• Matching patients with PPTA & AHPC verified physiotherapists, nurses, and wellness professionals
• Coordinating home visit bookings, scheduling, and reminders
• Processing payments on behalf of independent professionals
• Delivering post-session WhatsApp reports to patients and designated family members
• Managing monthly elderly care packages and subscription services

When you make a booking, you are reserving a specific time slot with a specific therapist. Cancellation affects both the therapist's income and other patients who may have wanted that slot. Our policy is therefore:

All prices on the Platform are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Payment Methods

• International credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) — processed by Stripe in your local currency (EUR, GBP, AED, USD, or PKR) at a transparent exchange rate.
• JazzCash mobile wallet — for patients in Pakistan.
• Cash to therapist — paid directly to the therapist at the end of the session. RehabNow does not handle this payment but confirms it was made.

Billing

• Single sessions: Charged at the time of booking or after the session (depending on payment method).
• Monthly packages: Billed at the start of each monthly cycle. Auto-renewal unless cancelled 7 days before renewal date.
• Failed payments: We will attempt re-processing twice before suspending service.

Payment receipts are sent to your email address (if provided) and are available on request.

• Always consult a registered medical doctor for diagnosis of any medical condition.
• Physiotherapy is a complementary therapy — it does not replace medical treatment.
• Do not delay seeking medical attention for serious symptoms based on anything on this Platform.
• In a medical emergency, call 1122 (Rescue Pakistan) or go to your nearest hospital immediately.

We stand behind the quality of every professional on our Platform. If you are not satisfied with your first session with any therapist:

This guarantee applies to the first session with any given therapist. It does not apply to subsequent sessions with the same therapist, or to sessions where the patient provided inaccurate medical information that affected treatment.

All healthcare professionals on the RehabNow Platform:

• Hold a valid DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy), MPT, BPT, or equivalent qualification
• Are registered with PPTA & AHPC (for physiotherapists) or PNMC (for nurses)
• Have passed a background check and credential verification by RehabNow
• Are contractually bound by our Code of Professional Conduct
• Carry valid professional indemnity insurance

RehabNow verifies credentials at onboarding and conducts periodic re-verification. However, RehabNow is not liable for the individual professional conduct of independent contractors beyond the terms of our quality guarantee and replacement policy.

If you experience professional misconduct by a therapist, please report it immediately to info@rehabnow.pk. We will investigate within 24 hours and suspend the professional pending investigation if warranted.

All content on rehabnow.pk — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of RehabNow (Pvt.) Ltd. and is protected by Pakistani copyright law and applicable international treaties.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Platform for commercial purposes
• Use RehabNow's name, logo, or branding without express written consent

Sharing individual page links or session reports for personal use is permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, RehabNow (Pvt.) Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform
• Medical outcomes, treatment results, or complications from therapy
• Actions or omissions of independent healthcare professionals
• Loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control
• Any losses exceeding the amount you paid for the specific booking in question

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our direct negligence.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
