Therapist Arrives — GPS Logged

The moment our therapist arrives at your parents' home, their GPS location is logged and timestamped. You receive a notification: 'Dr. Ayesha has arrived at your parents' address.' No guessing.

Session Takes Place — Photos Taken

The therapist conducts the session — exercises, manual therapy, assessment. With your parents' consent, they take photos at key moments: the exercises being performed, range of motion, any areas of concern.

Notes Written Immediately After

Before leaving, the therapist writes session notes: what was done, what improved, what needs attention, and what exercises your parents should do before the next visit.

Report Sent to You Within 60 Minutes

A detailed report arrives on your WhatsApp — in English, with photos. It includes progress notes, next steps, and any recommendations. Gold and Premium packages include bi-weekly and weekly reports.

Simply reply to the WhatsApp report. Our care coordinator sees your message and relays your response to the therapist. You can ask about exercises, medications, or anything you noticed.

This is the most common concern we hear — and it's completely valid. Many elderly Pakistani parents don't want to feel like a burden or admit they need professional help. Our care coordinators are experienced at this exact situation. We often suggest a 'wellness check' framing for the first visit rather than 'physiotherapy', which reduces resistance. Our therapists are trained to build trust slowly and respectfully. Most families tell us their parents were asking when the therapist would come back after the third visit.

We accept international payments via Stripe (credit/debit card in any currency) or wire transfer. You can also pay via JazzCash if you have a Pakistani account. All pricing is shown in PKR, EUR, GBP, and USD on this page. There are no hidden conversion fees — you pay the displayed amount at checkout.

Yes, with 7 days' notice before the next billing date. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. You can pause, upgrade, or cancel directly via WhatsApp with your care coordinator. We believe if you want to leave, we've failed — so we don't make leaving difficult.

Every visit is GPS-tracked. If a therapist is running more than 15 minutes late, you'll receive a proactive notification. If a therapist cannot attend for any reason (illness, emergency), we will contact you immediately and send a replacement or reschedule within 24 hours. You are never charged for a missed visit.

We operate 7 days a week including most public holidays, though availability may be reduced. We will always confirm the holiday schedule in advance during your package setup. Emergency WhatsApp access (available to all packages) continues 24/7 regardless of holidays.

Yes — and it's our standard practice. Continuity of care is critical in physiotherapy, particularly for elderly patients. The same therapist visits every time unless there is an emergency. If you need to change therapists for any reason, we will arrange a warm handover session.

This is exactly what your care coordinator is for. If a therapist notices a significant change during a session, they will flag it in that day's report and your care coordinator will contact you directly. We can escalate to a teleconsultation with a specialist (included in Gold and Premium), adjust the treatment plan, or recommend appropriate medical referrals.

Yes. All packages include emergency WhatsApp access. Silver and Gold have response within 1–2 hours. Premium has a dedicated care coordinator line with near-24/7 availability. For genuine medical emergencies, our care coordinator will guide your parents (or whoever is with them) to call 1122 (Rescue Pakistan) and remain on WhatsApp until help arrives.

Simply WhatsApp your care coordinator. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. There are no penalties for changing your package tier — we want you to have exactly the level of support you need.

All our therapists are fluent in Urdu and most speak the relevant regional language (Punjabi in Lahore/Rawalpindi, Sindhi in Karachi, Pashto in Peshawar). Sessions are conducted entirely in Urdu or the patient's preferred language. Reports to you are written in English, but we can arrange Urdu reports on request.
