All RehabNow elderly care specialists are PPTA/AHPC registered physiotherapists with specific experience in geriatric care. They are familiar with conditions common in older adults — arthritis, post-stroke rehabilitation, Parkinson's management, post-surgical recovery, and general frailty — and are selected for their patience and communication with elderly patients and their families.

Families in the UK, UAE, Canada, Germany, and the USA book, pay online (in PKR, GBP, EUR, AED, or USD), and receive WhatsApp reports after every visit. Silver (PKR 8,000/month) provides regular physiotherapy visits and a monthly family report. Gold (PKR 15,000/month) adds a nursing visit, bi-weekly reports, a care coordinator, and a monthly video update with the family. Premium (PKR 28,000/month) offers the highest visit frequency, weekly reports, specialist teleconsultation, and a quarterly care plan review.

This is very common and is something our therapists are experienced with. We recommend starting with a single introductory visit so your parent can meet the therapist before committing to a package. Our therapists are chosen for their patience and ability to build rapport with elderly patients who may be initially resistant to outside help.

Monthly packages can be cancelled before the next billing cycle with no penalty. If care needs change mid-package, WhatsApp us and we will adjust the plan at no extra charge. Upgrading to a higher package is pro-rated; downgrading takes effect from the next billing period.

After selecting a package and providing your parent's details and address, we typically assign a therapist and schedule the first visit within 24–48 hours. For urgent situations, WhatsApp us and we will prioritise the arrangement.

Yes — we assign a dedicated therapist for each elderly care patient and maintain that relationship for the duration of the package. Consistency of therapist is particularly important in geriatric care for building trust and familiarity. If a change becomes necessary for any reason, we will notify the family in advance and introduce the new therapist at a joint visit where possible.
